Update to Version 4.15.19 (DIO-TOOLS)

Dear players, dear players,

We would like to inform you of the release of our new update, version 4.15.19.

Summary

In this update I have optimized the "BB-Code Message" function with some bug fixes.

Optimization

BB-Code Message -> (Addition of the message title with the correspondent's nickname and his alliance + reservations are taken into account).

- Improve translation.
- Various optimizations.

Bugfixes

- BB-Code Message -> (Conversion problem '[s] [/s]', '[u] [/u]', '[i] [/i]', [b] [/b]').
- Strategy map. -> (Title dialog box).
- Culture preview (Administrator) -> (Date issue).
